UK Customers will receive FREE shipping on all orders.
Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class delivery which usually arrives within 3-5 working days unless there is a bank holiday in which case deliveries may take longer.
UK customers also have the option to pay for a Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery
at a fee of £1.50 which will usually arrive between 1-3 working days (recommended to avoid missing packages). Charges will be displayed at the checkout page where you are able to choose which type of delivery you would like.\
Orders placed Monday-Friday will be dispatched on the following working day. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the next working day i.e. Monday (providing this is not a bank holiday, in which case it will be dispatched on Tuesday).
Healthxcel also ships internationally.
However when placing an order you are agreeing to have the responsibility to pay for any taxes & duties for your country. We have no control over these so it is entirely your responsibility to pay for these costs. Shipping is calculated at the checkout and can take up to 10-12 working days for delivery.
Customers outside of the UK within the EU will have to pay for their postage at a fee. Orders will be charged at a fee of £9.00 for a Royal Mail Standard Delivery (5-7 working days). Customers also have the option for a Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Delivery if they wish. Fees will be displayed at the checkout.
Healthxcel will not be responsible for missing packages and therefore recommend you pay for a Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed Delivery to ensure the package can be tracked.
