There are no known side effects with our products and supplements, however, due to the high plant compounds of our Green Charge and therefore high fibre content, gastrointestinal disturbances may be experienced. If this is the case with you, please reduce the serving size and gradually build it up until your body gets used to it.

I’ve recently returned to working out at the gym and was looking for something extra to add to my meals. I was recommended this product from a friend and was initially quite anxious to try.

Ashwagandha
Has adaptogenic properties meaning it promotes balance to help the body adapt to stressful conditions. It also supports the nervous system and endocrine system.
Moringa
A natural adaptogen to help body cope with stress. It is also 25% plant protein and contains all 9 essential amino acids contributing to supporting the growth and repair of muscle mass.
Barleygrass
Highly alkalising with the ability to restore a healthy acid-alkaline balance in the body whilst offering protection against the many health problems that can be caused by disharmony in the blood pH.
Spirulina
Contains approximately 60% protein with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties as well as the ability to regulate the immune system.
Lucuma
A fruit native to Peru, Ecuador and Chile. When ground into a powder form, Lucuma is extremely rich in calcium and potassium. Powdered lucuma contains more nutrients and less calories that consuming the fruit. It is also very high in antioxidants.
Apple
