Rima is a Pharmacist with almost 9 years experience in the healthcare industry.

As a pharmacist, I saw firsthand the effects of a lack of health education in our society. Too often, my patients relied on medication for quick fixes instead of making healthy lifestyle changes. That’s why I decided to take matters into my own hands and create a health supplement that puts the odds in your favour of better health. Aren & Rima

Aren is a Personal Trainer with almost 10 years experience in the fitness industry.

As a personal trainer, I know the importance of both exercise and nutrition for optimal health. However, I became frustrated when trying to teach my clients how to have a healthy diet while exercising. Tragically, members of my family passed away due to ill health, and I knew something needed to be done to help others make a change and adopt a healthier lifestyle. That’s why we created our superfood powder blends, a convenient and delicious way to incorporate essential vitamins and minerals into your diet without any excuses. As a personal trainer, I stand behind the effectiveness of this product in improving health and preventing illness.

We also understand the struggles of living with anxiety, and the impact it can have on your daily life. We recognised very quickly the connection between healthy eating and mental health, and that is why we decided to take matters into our own hands and create something that empowers people to improve their overall health and well-being.
